IndusRec Catering

All catered functions include the following:

  • 34 round and/or 39 rectangular banquet tables and 418 folding chrome chairs
  • White china place settings, wine glasses

18% Gratuity will be charged on all catering invoices.

All credit card payments will be charged an additional 3% service fee.

BAR SERVICE

We now require clients to hire our inhouse bartenders for any events liquor will be served at.

Your special function permit allows you to purchase your own liquor. Our bar service will provide the necessary corkage (glasses, mix, ice etc.).
Indus Recreation offers bar service by itself, or in conjunction with our full service package.
Liquor permits and PAL insurance are required for resale or host bar functions.

Your bar service includes:

  • Glasses, ice and straws
  • Pop (Coke, Sprite, Diet Coke, Ginger Ale, Club Soda, Tonic Water
  • Plastic disposable service $ 2.50 per guest
  • Orange, clamato, tomato, cranberry juices and lime pro
  • Lemons, limes, celery, caesar spices

Please speak to the Kitchen Manager to book your bartending staff. 
Additional bartenders and /or busing staff is recommended for functions with over 80 guests. For 80 to 150 guests, 2 bartenders are required and for more than 150 guests, 3 bartenders are needed.
No homemade alcohol is allowed.
Please advise our staff in advance regarding arrangements for payment.

IMPORTANT DATES

Upon booking: Holding Deposit is due for rental of the facility.
30 days prior: We appreciate confirmation of your menu selections and Hall rental fees are due.
10 days prior: Final confirmation of the number of guests and payment for the catering/bartending and corkage are due.
